Lynnette Mann demonstrates how Goal Seek works with Microsoft Excel 2010. Goal Seek is used to find an input value knowing the desired result from a formula. It is a "What-if" analysis tool which, given the results desired, finds the input needed to make that result happen. Several examples are used in this video, from simple to complex.
